Unlock Creative Coaching & Management Solutions aims to further develop Black leadership in the creative and nonprofit sectors by enhancing organizations and building the capacity and know-how of current and future leaders in the field. We provide generous, compassionate, and focused coaching to emerging and mid-level creatives, as well as high-quality management of projects in the creative and nonprofit sector in an ethical, values-based manner. We serve the field broadly with a range of clients and believe that to create work environments and systems where Black people and people of color thrive, the creative sector must have equitable practices. We prioritize the service of Black-led and people of color organizations or organizations that are strategically working to design systems and programs where Black creatives thrive.
