Aquil Joel Hameed
An Arizona native, Hameed graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Technical Communications, and has over 15 years of traditional and digital marketing experience. He currently operates as the CMO of Pinnacle Marketing Consulting located in Tucson, Arizona. Having served as the technical liaison between marketing communications, information technology professionals and many other cross-functional teams in organizations, he’s operated strategically in both marketing and technology roles. Aquil has a background in healthcare, engineering/construction management and finance industries, with special knowledge in information technology management and implementing integrated digital marketing and communications strategies. Today, Aquil works with a team of developers, designers, and marketing communications professionals to bring you Pinnacle Marketing Consulting. When he’s not managing projects for you, he enjoys practicing martial-arts, anything fitness related, and staying centered through daily meditation.

Alicia Milan Moura
Alicia has over 16 years of experience in integrated communications and marketing with a focus on digital transformation, internal culture and content strategy. She received her BA from Arizona State University and her MBA from IE University in Madrid. Alicia began her career as a journalist, living and working overseas for several global media companies before returning to the U.S. to start her own digital marketing agency. Several years later, she moved into healthcare when she came on board as the Director of Marketing for Tucson Medical Center. It was there that she discovered her passion for healthcare—something that she insists she will never leave. In this capacity, she has published medical travel guides, built programs for medical tourism, and developed growth and consumer experience strategies for several healthcare organizations. In the few several years, she moved into healthcare IT, where she has worked with companies across the U.S. with focuses ranging from patient access and patient experience to ambulatory planning strategy and telehealth. In her free time, Alicia enjoys endlessly teasing her two kiddos, traveling to off-the-beaten-path locals around the world and generally anything that involves danceable music, adrenaline and the great outdoors.
