The Climax, Just who is “Chef Kal El” ? Well I have worn many hats in the culinary field, so let me give you a brief journey into my background. I have over 24 years of culinary experience ranging from pastry to savory and verse in a multitude of cultural cuisines. Starting my first job at Mrs. Fields’ Cookies is where the seed was planted. Seeing her in the kitchen personally was impressive and inspiring. Art has always been a part of me, I’ve worked with several mediums; and food by far is the one I love the most. It feeds the soul, it makes people smile & brings them together. When Love is put into food, the love is reciprocated by the recipient.
My official title will always be Pastry Chef, as it is where I began my love for baking. I have attended The Art Institute of Atlanta, and from there went into studying Cake Art. I now design and create animated, visual and audio cakes if applicable . I am also versed as a Sushi/Wok Chef; as well as *Farm to Table & Keto for my clients.

The Climax LLC is for Adults who need Time. Chef Kal El can assist with that. Time is THE MOST VALUABLE possession we own; it’s nonrefundable, when it’s gone, it’s gone…no one is making more of it. As your Personal or Private Chef I take care of those culinary duties that can preoccupy your day. Have more time for yourself, spouse and / or children while your daily cuisines are designed & prepared for you.
