Arizona Attorney Jay K. Powell was born in Albuquerque, NM, and graduated from New Mexico State University in 1995. Jay then received his law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1998. After residing in Seattle, WA, Jay moved back to Arizona and was admitted to the practice of law by the Arizona State Bar in 2003.
