What started from a simple vacation to Arizona, quickly became the back story of Hot Pot Caribbean Cuisine ‘s creation. Disappointed by the depiction of the food experience representing her home country, Jamaica, Founder, Karen Francis felt personally responsible to bring authenticity of the Caribbean to Arizona.
